The short version: be decent, don't spam, we're in beta, you're responsible for the content you put on your invite page. The slightly longer version:
Let's RSVP lets you create invite pages, collect RSVPs, and message your guests. It's free while we're in beta. We may introduce paid features later; existing hosts will get reasonable notice and early-access pricing.
You own what you put on your invite page. By hosting an event here, you confirm you have the right to use the photos, names, and message you're uploading.
When you add a guest's phone number to your event, Let's RSVP may send that guest SMS messages on your behalf — invitations, reminders, RSVP confirmations, and broadcasts you initiate from the dashboard. By adding a phone number to your invitee list, you confirm that you have a prior personal or business relationship with that person and reasonably believe they consent to receive event-related text messages from you. Don't use Let's RSVP to text strangers, scraped lists, or anyone who has asked you to stop contacting them.
Recipients can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message; opt-outs are honored at the carrier level. Recipients can reply HELP for support or email hello@lets-rsvp.com. Standard message and data rates may apply for recipients.
We comply with US carrier requirements (10DLC, toll-free verification, and CTIA messaging guidelines). Hosts who use SMS to send unsolicited or non-event content will have their accounts terminated.
The service is provided as-is. We do our best but we can't promise zero downtime or guarantee every email lands. For anything mission-critical (e.g. the only way your 200 wedding guests learn the ceremony moved), please don't rely on a single channel — send a group text too.
We'll update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced by email.
